Ms. Ruchira Panda
Co - Founder & Director
Ruchira Panda is a solo vocalist and composer who is also an Established Empaneled Artist of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), SPIC MACAY, Fellow of The Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India and an “A” grade artist of All India Radio.
Ruchira Panda is an exponent of Khayal, Thumri, Tappa, Tap-Khayal, Nirguni Bhajan and other semi classical forms including Jhoola, Birha, Chaiti, Kajri, Patjhar, Jaad ke Geet, Pasar ke Geet etc.
She is a solo vocalist and composer who performs across all the major Indian Classical festivals in India, USA, CANADA and Europe. Mrs. Papia Roy
Co - Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Papia Roy has over 17 years of experience in the field of Special Needs & Development Disability. She has primarily worked as a Manager in the HR and Administration department at pioneer institutions of West Bengal.

Her relentless work at grassroots level, directly intervening in parents’ lives and touching the depth of the sufferings of individuals with special needs, made her professional skills truly realistic and extremely enriching for the beneficiaries. Her love and dedication for the Special Needs fraternity has groomed her to be a competent visionary and finally the Co-founder of DeepRanjani Foundation.

Ms. Arpita Bhattacharya
Consultant - Clinical Director
Arpita Bhattacharyya is an Alma Mater in the Indian Psychoanalytical Society, and is presently working as a Consultant Special Educator & Psychiatric Counselor with various education houses & developmental clinics focusing on the intervention of children & adults with Neuro-Developmental disorders for the past 12 years.
She is associated with UNICEF project on rural Early Childhood Development Program as Rehabilitation Professional & Core Facilitator.
She was a resource person for Rehabilitation Council of India, as a Training College Faculty.
She has also been an All India Examiner for Spl.ED (ASD) for 10 years at NIEPMD, Chennai.

Mr. Abhranil Roy
Head - Facilities Management
Mr. Abhranil Roy is a budding entrepreneur and a digital marketing specialist. He consults many businesses in order to enhance their digital visibility so that their end-users can have a better sense of their vision, mission, values and goals.
He started his career as a Management Consultant in the Tourism Industry and worked for one of the leading companies in India.
He is heading the facilities department of DeepRanjani Foundation with his sound knowledge in managing day to day operational activities.

Ms. Devika Biswas
Head of Communications & People Development
Devika Biswas has over 17 years of corporate experience. She has been actively involved in fields of Human Resources and Training & Development. She has an expertise in communications, talent management, analysis & strategies. She has gained exposure in many industries such as IT, ITes, Education, Hospitality, Banking, Construction & Manufacturing.

She has also been a keynote speaker, covering variety of subjects, ranging from Managing Success & Failure, Education & Parenting, Handling a child on the Autism Spectrum and has been featured in February 2019 issue of Outlook Magazine for the same.

While her primary focus is in the areas of Coaching & Development along with Human Resources Management, she also written for various newspapers and magazines. She has created content for websites & training modules and has conducted many training seminars and workshops Pan India.

She is taking care of Digital Media Branding through designing, affiliations & collaborations along with Corporate Communications for CSR & Fundraising activities for DeepRanjani Foundation.
